Crucial information missing about your property

Received this email with no reply address. 

Frankly I am annoyed, it would appear this email was probably been sent to everyone. 

I looked at my account with Booking. Com and all this data is already on file. 

Why am I being asked for this information. 

Or is the message a scam?

If there is no corresponding message in Extranet Inbox - booking messages then ignore it

else report it to confirm with: 



Reminder : You are not addressing Partner Support, they will never see this.

You must contact them directly for action or account requests.


If invoice related use the dispute feature on reservation statements page or message Partner support 


Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
