We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

The custamer don't communicate

The custamer has booked our accommodation in January...the reservation is for Christmas...but the custamer don't communicate. We have sent mail no answer. The phone number don't work...how can I cancel the booking.

If guest booked in jan 2020 for dec 2020,

Then since you tried to message them but no response, 


Then either you wait for them to arrive,

Or no-show


Assuming they prepaid, you still get paid



So why are you trying to cancel?
