By default if you have done zero setup  and have not applied for Online Payments by BdC nor Payments By BdC, then you default to payment on arrival. so if guest is gone and did not pay on arrival, then you will never get paid.

I did set it up but they are closed til Monday so the customer will leave cash for this time as there is no other resolution on this reservation per the customer support for Chicagoland.
