Customer Service - where is it?

We have been suspended for non-payment of a commission invoice - not true

They said "We wrote to you recently about payment being overdue on your account. Unfortunately we still haven’t received your payment or heard from you about this" - not true we have responsed to and initiated calls, intranet messages,reported failed card payments, reported customer for non payment (lastminute.com) for several weeks.  Clearly Customer service has no ability to respond and the automated systems have kicked in.  Who can i email in authority who can actually read up whats been going on and resolve the situation?

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
