The days of October 2021 booked by Booking customers don't appear as "occupied" in my Calendar whilst this correctly happens for all other months. Can you suggest me a fix?

I have received two bookings from Booking customers for October 2021 but the related booked days apper as "bookable" in Booking Calendar.  In this way, nothing can prevent another booking customer from booking the same apartment already occupied.

Can anyone tell me how to fix the bug or how to get in touch with Booking help desk?

Hi Luciana,

 

Are you listing on more than one OTA ?

If yes stop or sign up for a 3rd party channel manager service 

syncbnb; cloudsbeds; beds24 etc.

 

As for the existing and 2nd double booking, off that 2nd guest alternative dates, and direct booking special offer.

 

Cancel the booking  using the Request Cancel feature.

 

Always remember that you must manage the availability calendar and your responsibility t o ensure it is correct at all times.

 

 

Having said that if there is enough proof that it was a system glitch , report it to Partner Support

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
