Deactivation last minute booking
How or where can I deactivate the function for last minute booking?

I think what you are looking for is the 'Min advance reservation' which dictates how long before check in you can take a booking.
In Rates, Calendar - open up in List view and open down left side and you should see the line which does this. You can use Bulk Update to change it all in one go. Set to 1D if you are happy to receive bookings the previous day. Or search on Help for the heading for full details of how all the options work.
