Dedicated Partner Contact Options - Visual Guide
In general there is two contact info sets, so as long as you are fully registered and can view the Extranet Inbox, you can avail of the privately shared dedicated contact us methods : Message & Phone Number.
Which you use will greatly depend on :
- Are you attempting to register?
- Are you someone else such has a potential service partner?
For these two scenarios above I will refer to as Public Contact Info only available.

Extranet- Partner Only
Are you fully registered and can see the Extranet Inbox?
This is privately shared and not public, and only for the use of fully registered Partners.
- Under Inbox is Booking Messages.
- Click on it and then on See Contact Options on right pane.
- Follow the prompt to choose topic and sub topic.
- If you want a phone number to be revealed for your region simply choose other until you see and alternative Contact Us appear and click it to reveal it on right side

Great visuals. BUT
- On the phone, the answering machine tells that Financial Dept. cannot take calls as it's CLOSED (!)
- on messages via extranet nobody answer since 9th of November
You took a wrong turn, the only phone number you should be looking for is the one under Inbox > booking message.
Ignore everything else including finance phone under finance menu.
That will only ever be valid for the working hours at their location .

Booking.com support tends to be "worldwide". I can have the same issue twice in the same day, send in 2 separate support emails, and I get phone calls from 2 different people in different countries, neither of them fully understanding the issue, both giving different reasons / explanations (which are normally wrong or unsatisfactory) and both giving me a headache.
I hope that next time, I can get through to someone in the UK and get issues resolved much faster ....
Looks like the Extranet got another feature updated
Booking.com Messages , process has changed, and harder to find the phone number when you need it.
Will do up a new guide ,and ideally edit this above with it, once I figure out why i cannot see EDIT as an option ??

It used to be sitting above the Topic line
Revised HowTo - short Version:
In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
Click on ‘See Contact Options’.
Select :Account
Select Other,
Click See All contact options,
Click CALL, phone number is revealed
