Delete 1 property

Would like to delete my 1 property permanently  without terminating contract as my other 2 property is live please suggest steps how to do it



For this you must phone Partner Support


Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport - Private

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

You will still be able to terminate the contract of one listing which will not affect the contracts of the other two live listings. Please reach out to your local partner support team via the Extranet to initiate this. You can send a message through the Inbox tab > messages.
