Delete my property immidiately
During several misunderstanding I have to ask you to delte my property no, *** immidiately.
I am still awaiting an acces code to join my profile, but apparently I'm not able to delete this property.
Pls. confirm your assistance as quick as possible.
Search on Help for 'end partnership' for instructions. This is the partner forum so we are not able to do this for you
I do not want to end my partnership. I do want to end one of my properties which are sold......!!!
Tired of your lack of assistance.Pls get to work now.
Hello Agner Madsen! Welcome to the Partner Community. This is not a Customer Service channel. I guess there was a misunderstanding. Sharonpowney is a fellow partner like you who has time to help others. Here is an article from the Partner Help that can help you: https://partner.booking.com/en-gb/help/legal-security/how-can-i-remove-property-or-end-my-partnership-bookingcom
Agner .... would you talk to your parents like that?
No you would not,
so what makes you think its ok to give abuse to a fellow partner trying to help you in their own way.
Next time think about what it is you are trying to do and see , are you doing it in the best way? Have you actually properly explained ? Could it be misinterpretated? etc
This is literally called the Partner Hub and you are posting the in the Partner Community forum.
No where does it say this is BdC support Team. Nor has it ever.
If you were even bothered to read room of the postings with replies you would have noticed the giant clue in front of you saying this is not BdC support by most of the most active partners who do reply to try help.
It turns out what you said above and the topic are two different things and a complete muddle of words.
Actual Topic : How To Remove one of multiple registered properties.
Actual answer : logon to extranet, switch to that property then follow the guide to end property , as mentioned on here already.
If you can figure it out then go ahead and phone BdC support team , found here:
Contact BdC- Location of Partner Only Phone number and Message methods
Kind Regards
AS I SAID THIS IS NOT THE HELPDESK!!!
Tired of other hotelier treating me like one when I am spending my own time helping people
Sharon you are absolutely right but unfortunately many partners think this is booking.com support team...and some of them are not polite...
Actually very few thank other partners when helped....
Maybe there should be a better definition from BDC that this is only a Forum....
Cheers!!!
indeed, arrogant,***, and extremely lazy people , who just want it all done for them and not have to lift a finger to read or learn how this actually works.
Even the name of this is Partner Hub and Partner Community, not Support Hub nor Support Community.
and even if someone else gives you a thumbs up , i've seen them get thick and then thumb down the response that was actually correct all because they didnt agree and couldnt see how wrong they were.
oh well maybe they'll rage quit and end their partnership and we dont have to listen to them ,any more :p, lol stranger things have happened.
Thank you to Maria and Brooke for your support. I was hoping for an apology from Agner but that's not going to happen. Not sure why some hoteliers don't read that this isn't the Help desk. But I think that's often why they have got themselves into some of the problems they have.
i can guarantee they are not a hotelier at all, likely just a BnB or small outfit.
I am only a small Bnb owner, but I still understand how the system works and how to read and not be rude. I do understand where you are coming from.
Having good manners has nothing to do if you are a hotelier...a BnB...or whatever...
Cheers!!!
First of all: A very big apology to Sharonpowney and all the other well-meaning people on this site. Unfortunately, I did not understand that Partner Hub was NOT a contact between Booking.com and their partners.
I have in vain after numerous attempts to get through to Booking.com on either phone or emails to delete a property that was not available. This has not succeeded, but on the contrary, Booking.com makes reservations that cannot be fulfilled, which is deeply frustrating for both disappointed guests and myself.
Believe me or not: Deleting a property is virtually impossible in Booking.com. I have spent several hours on this project and you will receive absolutely no support from Booking.com.
Sorry folks!
Dear Agner,
I understand your frustration but until your property is deleted just close all your rooms so guests cannot make reservations..
In your calendar bulk edit and just close all dates....
Hope this is a little help for you....
Keep cool and well...
