Already last year you promised to deleted my property number ***. As this property still appears on my site I kindly ask you to delete this property as it was opened by a mistake. Pls. send me your confirmation for deleting this property.

Unless you followed the ' end my partnership' guide and steps it will never be removed for you , only you cant trigger it .


short version:

  1. In the extranet, close all rooms to prevent bookings
  2. go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  3. Select ‘ messages’.
  4. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  5. Choose Account
  6. Now choose TERMINATE, follow next steps.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
