DEPOSIT

Good afternoon,

We changed our policies regarding the deposit.

We do not accept cash or cheque anymore and work with a secure online deposit system (Swikly)

I try to modify the policies on Booking but do not succeed. It says that we ask for 500€ deposit (it's 1500€) and only by cash. I cannot change it and I would like to inform the guest that for the deposit, a link will be send to them before arrival.

Please can you help?

You should leverage the auto message tempaltes to share how you do deposits and also add to the Fine Print section.
