Description of guesthouse and cleaning fee

Hello, it seems our guesthouse has had 2 bedrooms written into the description and it is only 1 bedroom with a sofa bed in the loungeroom.  I don't know how to change this.

I would also like to change my cleaning fee, how do I do this please.

Hi Julie

 

As I cannot see your - View My Listing Link in your profile I cannot check to see where it is.

 

All you can do is use Property Menu - View MY Desc, and use the submit feature to request alteration.

 

Or first review the Room Type(s) setup, more than one means 2 bedrooms.

 

Under Property - Policies : Look for Additional Fees , set Per Stay cleaning fee.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
