We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.


You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.



Description of our offer shows different airport


I would like to ask if I can somehow change the "Closest Airport" info in our Booking offer?

It says two airports which are almost 100 km far from our property even though we mentioned the closest airport which is about 10 km far only.

Extranet > Inbox > Booking Messages > 

Right pane click See Contact Options to reveal. Set topic, sub topic.


Now where it says None of these help? click on contact us.


THis does two things it reveals the message method and on right it reveals your partner support phone number.
