Different Phone Number

Hi there, 

Please let me know how I can varify my new phone number? 

I am currently in Ireland, using a different mobile number.

Hi Johannes

If you just mean how can you update your main contact number on your account, you ca nd o that yourself via :  

  • Extranet > Top right circle menus, 1st circle menu - Account
  • Notification Settings
  • Text Msg  > edit number

 

  • Account Menu >> Contacts
  • Primary point of contact, click edit 
  • update phone number.

 

 

PS : finish your profile by adding listing link

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
