For double booking , you simply directly contact the guest to advise them.
Offer change of dates, and if they cant agree then move to cancel anyway.
In Reservation page details, click Request to Cancel, then option 2.
By doing so you are agreeing to 100% refund if prepaid.
Assumption here is they are prepaying BdC and not you.
Warning: If you engage BdC support and they relocate the guest you will end up paying the bill for the new place.
So it is always better to engage directly with Guest.
