I have a double booking for tomorrow and would like to cancel it. I need help.

Simply message or phone that guest, explain its in error, offer other dates, specifal offer for direct booking etc.


else if cancelling , ask them to then logon to their account, and click cancel, this will always be the preferred method.


2nd method you can initiate it on their details page - Request Cancel, but you have to wait for the mto acknowledge the system notification.


3rd is you message or phone if time sensitive Partner Support, see 3 options below.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
