We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Double Bookings

G'day Partners,

I just opened & received my first booking, then received an email from Bookings.com, that there was a risk of Double bookings due to multiple platform synchronization; which seems rather irresponsible  as that problem was solved way back in the 1950's with computerized booking systems,

I don't want to be listed on multiple platforms that can't reach the standards set over sixty years ago.

So, I have Closed all vacancies until I can confirm I am listed on just One platform.

How can I find out if I am listed on Bookings.com ONLY or not?

By partner forum, it means we are other hoteliers so we don't know what was said in the email.  

It could be it means you may have a listing on other platforms such as Expedia, Airbnb, VRBO??  and only you would know that.  The sync that is used between the platforms doesn't work in real time, which is why there is a risk of double bookings.

If you want to contact booking.com help team to clarify then you can use Inbox icon on Extranet or give them a call see link for local phone numbers.
