Double Bookings has a replenishment function that automatically updates a pending booking. This feature has resulted in double bookings which is causing problems with existing guests. 

I want this replenishment feature removed as an option

How do i get this done   





Its seems you are misinformed. there is no such thing as :


  1. a pending booking - its only a confirmed booking - automatic. As per the Terms of you signing up. And having a calendar showing the date is available.  
  2. Are you listing on more than one OTA? If you are using a Channel manager it could just be a config issue on it. If you are on 2 or more OTA, and not using a Channel Manager, get one.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
