double listing on a seperate account

I have for some reason an historic booking.com account which lists my property which i want to close down completely.  But i do not have any login details, i have tried all known email addresses and an old phone number which i no longer have but nothing is working.  I also have a listing for the same property which is current and active under another profile.  The first listing is not a property within my active account / profile.  but a completely different account.

 

Many thanks.  It is no good telling me to ask for a password or username, reset or anything as I dont have it.
