Not sure how or why that would be a thing if it not an international standard organisation and you are not an actual hotel. This has come up many times before, as a 3 star rating for a B7B from Organisation A is not equal to a 3 Star Hotel from another organisation.
If you have appropriate documentation and certificate, please message a scan /photo of it to BdC support team to evaluate and make a decision.
There is no guarantee you will get this, as the stars on the listing results are normally for actual hotel ratings as far as I know.
