Can anyone tell me if you too are experiencing problems using templates in messages to customers and trying to make edits.
This also happens to me when I create a new template, paste my message in the message box area and then try to review it. The message is there but I cannot see it and when I click on the field, it appears momentarily (2-3 secs) and disappears again. Very frustrating.
Mentioned this last year but no one answered me yet on a fix.
