Emails from booking in wrong language

Receiving emails from booking in not my language. Must use google translate to understand what is writen. Everything else is in English (it is ok for me) . Where to change this language ?

  • Email sent from BdC to You are based on the language you have setup in.  
  • Emails sent to guest are also sent in their langauge or the language set at time of registering



So its not a you problem its a them problem. i.e. the guest for not correctly registering.


You also have an option in the mess template section to define extranet languages to make copy of your original message and convert it into another language

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
