Fake booking.

hi there '' community. Does any one know how to cancel fake bookings? I had a fake booking on Thursday 18th Feb 2021 - 4 days ago. It was clearly a factious name and address. The phone number was also fake. I do not get access to the credit card details. The dates are booked and blocked in my calendar - and so therefore - with synched calendars - the dates are completely booked on all other platforms - for the entire week. 

The help support at - recognise this is a fake booking - and say they have reported it to the technical team and until they hear back from the tech team - there is nothing they can do.

This must be a common occurrence.

Anyone have similar issues - and how to fix? Thanks Jenni

Normally you would just message or phone BdC Partner Support  to cancel it


or  in the reservation details page, on right, click Request Cancel

then choose option 1 not 2, when you cant contact them.,

 Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
