I have had two days of fake bookings. The first lot was 7 rooms from a week with the booking cost over $8,000 then I recieved an email to say the booking cancelled and I deleted them all but it blocked up all my christmas bookings. I manually cancelled them all and then yesterday got another lot over $7,000 the booking is still current although the credit card status has read invalid and they have 9 hours to update card. Can I just cancel the rooms myself as they are blocking up my system. The person booking the room has an unreadable name and looks to be fake phone number.
