Fake reservation with number ***

Hello!

We have got a reservation ***, but it looks like it is fake number. Please check the same complain om the tripadvisor.com attached.

Nobody replies on this number, no Viber, Watsap or other messenger accounts. And that is highly unlikely that guys from India booked 3 rooms for 5 days in our hotel. 

Hello, we received a reservation with a suspicious number for a fake one. On the tripadvisor at this number, correspondence was found confirming fake bookings.

Nobody answers this number, there is no account in the Viber and Votsap messengers. And booking 3 rooms for guests from India is very unusual for us.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
