False/spam bookings

Hi, is anyone else getting false reservations? I have had 3 now in as many days. None of them have valid credit card details, there are no contact details and the name is just a series of random letters. Each one also comes with a message to check in at a certain time. Thanks in advance





in policies turn on :


Guest Info 

> Guest phone

> Guest Address


Enable PREPAY.


Now prepay is enabled. you can use the cancel request on right pane of each one to then choose option 1, when they dont prepay, which fake bookings would be resulting in.
