Feedback by guest reported for misconduct

We’ve had a situation, where guest gained access to the house he didn’t book, refused to leave it after hours of communications with proof that he booked another house.

I’ve reported him for misconduct straight away, Roy at Customer Service asked if I want him to stay or leave, I said “leave”, we called the police to make sure that they’ve left.

yet they still were able to leave me negative feedback. 
 

anybody had experience with removing feedback for misconduct guests? It doesn’t seem fair that people who behave so awfully, cause owners extra expenses, etc can still leave feedbacks and further damage the business
