We have no unpaid bills to you, we have not sold any rooms that you have not been paid for, what you are referring to is not reasonable, you can not use any punitive methods to do you good and give you opportunities to charge for things that you consider appropriate, do you want to compensate yourself or a customer for missed visits so it is your decision, we are not included in those decisions, we have chosen therefore and remove our house from your side with the reason Due to the circumstances, we are a private customer and as a private customer can not pay any penalty fees as it puts our situation in an impossible position, therefore we ask you to cancel this bill as we have no opportunities or thoughts to pay.
