Finance department not existent in South Africa
Has anybody experienced this before? In July 2019, a commission payment was not picked up by Booking.com. I was scared that it would get my property deregistered, so called them at the time to try and resolve the issue and they assured me that is was just a glitch in their system and that my property will remain active which it did until December 2020. My property was deactivated, and even though I've sent proof of payment, my property remains unbookable. Out of desperation, I paid that invoice for the second time just to get my property active. It has been over a week now, and still no response with a closed property over our peak season during very tough financial times. The next sensible thing to do it seems, is to delist myself, and start over. Any ideas on to delist yourself from Booking.com, I will then start over and relist myself. Customer service told me that the finance department can take over a month to respond to my queries.
