Finance department not existent in South Africa

Has anybody experienced this before? In July 2019, a commission payment was not picked up by Booking.com. I was scared that it would get my property deregistered, so called them at the time to try and resolve the issue and they assured me that is was just a glitch in their system and that my property will remain active which it did until December 2020. My property was deactivated, and even though I've sent proof of payment, my property remains unbookable. Out of desperation, I paid that invoice for the second time just to get my property active. It has been over a week now, and still no response with a closed property over our peak season during very tough financial times. The next sensible thing to do it seems, is to delist myself, and start over. Any ideas on to delist yourself from Booking.com, I will then start over and relist myself. Customer service told me that the finance department can take over a month to respond to my queries.

Simply open a case via   

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed. or 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose TERINATE
  6. Then follow its steps.

Thank you for the response, much appreciated.

I called the Booking.com support line as you explained and it was unfortunately unsuccessful, the operators informed me that credit control is the only department able to rectify my problem, that I should send an email via the inbox tab which I've done several times and had zero response. Customer service also informed me that credit control could take months to answer my email. I managed to find a direct number to the credit control department which goes unanswered and does not seem operational.

The steps for the termination was very helpful, thanks. Just out of interest sake, you know whether or not this will terminate all of my properties listed on Booking.com? They are registered under one profile. I will also call support to try and establish this.
