the first thing is payment

My understanding was that when guests stayed with us  we would received payment the next Thursday  I had guests a month ago and I only received the money this week

Hello Val,

With regards to payments, you could phone in to your Support Team or send a message to the Finance Team. These can be done in your Extranet, under Booking.com Messages.
