Fixed day for changeover


During high season, I would like to have people arriving exclusively on Saturdays or Sundays. Does someone know whether this is possible and how to implement ?

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Thank you for your reply. However, it seems that I don't have the same options as you. Amongst the restrictions, I can only choose a min number of nights for the stay, as well as a min number of days between booking and stay. I have no possibility to determine days with no arrival or departure. How is that possible? Is there anything I can change?
