Fotos URGENTE ! Help...

Hello happy new 2021

I have a big problem with the fotos

I use my page fotos some long time ago without one problem. I know to do make usualy...

But to day IMPOSSIBLE to change place the fortos and IMPOSSIBLE to add one foto

Mystery... what happen ?

Can you help me please ?

Hi Sophie

 

My work around and preferred method is to use smart phone with the BdC pulse app to add new photos, then sit at a PC and change the photo arrangement as needed in Extranet.

 

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed. or

I don't speak english very well... but I have understand little bite and thank you to answear me

I'm french living in Uruguay, but not in the city, in the land, far civilisacion ! without possibility you have

I can use only my computer and Internet inside... and Skype.

Usually (before last week and since 6 years) I know and I can use my fotos with big facility... to add fotos... to change place..; etc.

But since last week this possibilities are blocked!!! Impossible now to add and to change my fotos !

What can I do it please ???!!!
