Free Cancelation

We have received a request for a free cancellation.

 

Here is the original message received from the guest:

"Dear Sir/Madam, Due to personal circumstances, I have to cancel the last night of my reservation via booking.com. My request concerns the night from the 9th to the 10th September. My confirmation number is: ***.Can you please cancel my reservation free of charges?

I would be very thankful for your help! Yours sincerely, ***".

 

We do accept the free cancellation regarding the last night of it ( from the 9th to the 10th September), with the reservation number ***.

Go into the Reservation and click 'Request to cancel' this goes to guest to confirm and you can say it is free.
