Frustrated with


We are receiving messages from in Finnish. We have spoken to a call centre agent in January 2021 with no resolution. I have today reported this again and now I have to send them a screen shot of this Finish email and I don't know how.  This is very f frustrating.

Can anyone help as can't?

arent we all, but lets be creative and get around issues were possible.


so i'm pretty sure when you open the messages in extranet there is a translate feature on the page.


if you cant see it , using a browser such as Microsoft Edge it will offer a context menu to translate.


Or you can just copy paste into Google translate.


else report it again to BdC.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
