There are cliënt who said that we use Genius, but we don't use Genius so we wonder how cliënt get these information?

You can see if you forgot you had it enabled by checking either their reservation details page, or go to Extranet > Opportunities > Genius Programme
check on that page if you are setup, if yes then click QUIT GENIUS program.
Or limit it to just one Room Type.
You could also have Genius Dynamic Pricing enabled.
