Genius discount being applied twice

So the genius discount that I have set to be a max of 10% is being applied twice on some bookings meaning the guests are getting 20% off.  I don't  understand why.  Anyone shed some light?

Hi Martina,

It would not  be twice its called discount stacking ,i.e. more than one discount enabled.

If you cant find which one it is , turn off promotion mobile rate if its on or contact partner support to review and tell you what is enabled.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

As BrookeAve said if you cannot fix it it’s better if you call your local BDC office to support you.

Hi, I have been dealing with the same issue for over 2 weeks now. For over 10 days the "relevant" booking support teams have not given any feedback or solutions. I am simply told we have sent your request to the relevant teams and will get back at your as soon as possible. Nothing more for the past 2 weeks.

Unfortunately Support Team doesn’t give solutions anymore…very frustrating…maybe you should send message to Finance Dept….
