Genius Programme withdrawn from my property

Hi everyone, I would be delighted if someone could help me understand why I have lost my Genius status on several of my properties over the last few months. I have had several discussions with and I am still none the wise. (Stock Avenue, Paisley ***) The attached property has an extremely high guest review score 25 reviews, score 9.8. keep insisting the Genius status has been removed due to "the high level of cancellations" we have never cancelled a guest. Several guests have cancelled bookings themselves, but we as hosts have never cancelled a guest and we have never had a dispute with any guest. I am totally confused; any help would be gratefully appreciated. Best regards David.


Is there even an email telling you it was downgraded? A confirmation
