The Quality Score Rating gives you stars....it's the stars my listing is also missing.
Although my property is eligible the BDC system for some reason doesn't see it...

Even though BDC forwarded my issue to specialists....still they cannot solve it!!!

Booking dot com doesn't award with stars. They have a rating system to be rated by the guests up to 10 . 10 being the best.
Ones a year the hosts will be given their rewards.
Hosts have just received their 2021 rewards, so if you are new for this platform it will take one more year to know your achievement.

If yes, unfortunately I have been trying for almost 2 years to get my stars and still BDC cannot solve this simple issue....my property is eligible for the quality rating score but for some reason the system doesn't work!!!!
