Guest did not cancell booking

Good Evening

My guest. booking no ***did not cancel her booking. It was a last minute booking and she wanted to book in between 21h00 -22h00  My Latest Check-in time is 20h00

I told her that I cannot accept her reservation and that she must cancel.  She did not How must I cancel this as I am not allowed to choose the no show button.

Please advice

You won't be able to use the No Show until a certain amount of time after the Reservation check in date.

  • Extranet
  • Reservations
  • Reservations Details Page
  • Right Pane, Request To Cancel
  • Choose option 2, submit
  • Wait for guest to receive email with action to confirm
