The guest has paid more than she should

Simply ring BdC Support to adjust it to correct rate.

Then get them to talk you through fixing the root cause, i.e. your setup in availability calendar and the Rate plan used.

 

 

Please phone BdC Support directly for this type of enquiry. Guide below or :

 

1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.

2) Select ‘Booking.com messages’.

3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’
