Guest Payment

Dear Partner,

May we ask  if the Guest made payments via credit card means payment was already settled by Booking.com?When will be reflected in our bank account? We cant view credit card payment details.

In that case we are just ready to accept guest.

Please include taxes on invoice,so that everything is all set.no collection from guest anymore.

that only works if you are using Payments By Booking.com

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
