I am continuously frustrated by our "partnership" with Booking.com
Our property rating has recently dropped from 9.5 to 9.4 and the difference in this situation is the new guest rating system forced onto us by our "partner."
Guests give us 10 out of 10 ratings for the fixed parameters such as "Staff, Cleanliness Comfort" and others as well as the Additional Categories such as Breakfast and Bed Rating etc.
The guest then has the opportunity to give an "honest" rating (?) which often contradicts the above mentioned ratings and we end up with an overall rating of 8 or 9.
Am I the only one with this frustration?
