I am trying to respond to my guest review but there is no ""reply"" button

hello and welcome to the partner forum.

Have you tried responding to the review using the Pulse App? Here are the instructions which look pretty straight forward off the help file:


It’s easy to respond to guest reviews on Pulse. Just open the app on your iOS or Android device and follow these steps:

  1. Go to the ‘More’ tab and select ‘Guest reviews’.
  2. If you manage multiple properties within a group account, choose which property’s reviews you want to see.
  3. Select a review to respond to.
  4. Scroll down and tap on the ‘Reply’ button.
  5. Write your response and choose ‘Send’.
