A guest who cancelled called me to rebook

A guest who cancelled called me to rebook. I sent her a message asking her to rebook through you. I also advised her that the nightly rate has increased because I recently installed an AC unit. At the time,of accepting her request I did agree she can book through me but u have reconsidered. Please advise.
