Guest who refuse to confirm their residential address

I have changed my booking settings to guest now booking have to provide their address but i have a guest who booked at the start of the year who is refusing to respond to provide his residential postcode so that I can comply with travel restrictions in the UK and prevent travel by individuals in the highest tier from travelling to my property.  Apart from cancelling a guest who refuses to confirm their location are obliged to disclose to you if a guest residential address is in a tier 3 area England travelling to a tier 1 or 2?

Pick up the phone and ring BdC Support to confirm and see  if they can contact Guest.


No its not your job nor BdC to do so at all. Its entirely up to you to choose to do so as your own policy.


1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.

2) Select ‘ messages’.

3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’

Subtopic : Other, then phone number is revealed on right
