Hello. Recently a customer after having great time to our house, rating our place with 10/10 with all the facilities etc. The final number is 9.0 instead of 10. Isn't the average number of all facilities the final number? Thank you in advance

The review system was changed a while back so that the total is not an average  However, it is really frustrating when this happens.  Amazed booking.com haven't altered it because all our scores will slowly go down which doesn't look good for them.  Please add your comments to this Featured discussion where we are voicing our concerns.

nope does not even remotely work like that.

 

this is now ongoing 8+ months of the new system, welcome to the crazy house .
