Have to Cancel reservation

I send yesterday a message regarding a cancellation Booking number ***

I made a double booking, and the guest is aware of that.

Has your guest canceled the reservation???

If he doesn’t you might have to pay charges....

It’s better if you contact directly BDC....call your local BDC office.

Have in mind that calendar is not sync in real time....you have to do it manually to avoid double bookings.
