Have you deleted my property yet? Caroline's Flat ***. If not why not? How many time do I have to ask?

My property, Caroline's Flat ***, has not been available since march 2020.  Please delete it from your website.

You have to only do it once .... once in the correct way.

 

Posting an action request here will result in zero, nothing done, as this is not called the Partner Support Hub, its Partner Hub, by partners for Partners , only that and nothing more.

 

Also there is a guide detailed on what to do  yourself, to the point of initiating the 'End  my partnership'

 

 

here is my short version of it which includes the recent changes to the contact us feature.

 


 

 

'End My Partnership'

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose TERMINATE
  6. Then follow the wizard options after that to get it started.

 


 

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
