Haven't received the confirmation code you sent for the second time!

Hello community,

It have been more than a month or so that i have listed my house to rent in the platform. I have completed most of the required fields of the booking yet I haven't received the confirmation code you send by address. I requested it for the second time and it seems impossible to reach me. My house is situated in an area which is a small village of the island of Kefalonia. All mails go directly to the town of Fiskardo and it is from there that i get notified if I have an email or not. So even though you have sent it twice it hasnt been able to reach me. Is there another way for my place to get verified as the season is approaching and I would like to get prepared as soon as possible.

Hi Dimitris

Since you have a town mail office and not direct to door delivery, is there a history of mail going missing like this?

Could it be the address used was not postal scanner friendly and ended up in that office but in a unidentified sorting box.


Perhaps go in and ask them to help you look for it , searching for partial matches to narrow it down.


Just an idea.

Would send by Signed For reigstered mail be an option, maybe ask BdC support if they could do that

Hello Barry,

Thank you for the reply. The thing is I live a bit far away from where the house is and is not easy for me to go the the post office. I tried to call them though and received no positive answer from them. I will try to contact BDC directly and see if they propose something to me.
