Having problems paying commision online
Hi, I used to be able to pay commission online, but for some reason, that option is no longer available to me. I am at my wit's end. My bank tells me it would cost more than the payment to send a wire transfer...
Additionally, when I try to contact customer support at *** I get only Spanish so I'm not able to use this and no one has responded to my online messages on the message center and it has been 2 weeks!
I also don't have the option to change my payment methods. By the way, I am outside of the US and Europe. I am located in the Caribbean.
Did anyone experience similar issues?
Any help in carrying out a payment online would be greatly appreciated!
