Having problems paying commision online

Hi, I used to be able to pay commission online, but for some reason, that option is no longer available to me. I am at my wit's end. My bank tells me it would cost more than the payment to send a wire transfer...


Additionally, when I try to contact customer support at *** I get only Spanish so I'm not able to use this and no one has responded to my online messages on the message center and it has been 2 weeks!


I also don't have the option to change my payment methods. By the way, I am outside of the US and Europe. I am located in the Caribbean.

Did anyone experience similar issues?

Any help in carrying out a payment online would be greatly appreciated!

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Sadly, I have done all of that but no one responds. I messaged on Feb 9 and  Feb 12 got no response and the contact number is shown for me is listed as one being in Mexico. So when I call it is all in Spanish and I am not located in Mexico nor do I speak Spanish. I only posted here because it seems impossible to get through to customer support. Thank you for your help so far.
